ESC-PNEUMATIC-SCREEN STRETCHER
Modular system which can be adapted to all screen sizes.
The ESC-Pneumatic screen stretcher consists of individual clamps and can thus be easily and quickly adapted to the screen dimensions.
Standard features:
- optimum solution to cover screen frames with mesh by applying constant tension to obtain even threads
- all of the clamps have a length of 250 mm
- stroke length 75 mm
- the collet chucks are covered with a special sort of rubber
- mesh is squeezed in and kept firmly
- configuration of the screen stretcher will be laid out in accordance with the number of clamps actually needed
- the screen stretcher is delivered including air supply, air tubes, maintenance unit, etc.
- uniform tension as previously selected is applied by moving one single lever
