ESC-ATMALINE GS
Automatic screen printing line in modular design.
Special machine for screen printing on rigid materials such as ceramic glass for hobs, tempered glass for microwave oven doors, oven linings, display panels, etc.
The line consists of:
- loading station - stable welding frame with belt transport system designed for different glass sizes
- pre-registration station 1 - sliders pass the pane for further transport to the buffer
- collector as intermediate buffer - incoming glass panes are temporarily collected
- pre-register station 2 - when materials are fed from the collector
- 4-post screen printing machine with automatic registering system
- transport system for transfer to the UV dryer
- UV dryer and automatic feeder and stacker optionally available
