  • UV-bridge or UV plug-in module in the dryer inlet with digital belt speed display and standstill monitoring. Intensive, powerful air cooling and the installation of quartz protective panels reduce heating of the material to a minimum


Machine details:

Combination of circulating air and IR. Increased output and energy-saving operation due to optimised reflection and directivity of the rear gold reflectors. No heat entrainment when passing from the heating section to the cooling section due to an intermediate section with separate belt conveyance.

ESC-UV-Bridge Module, installed at the dryer’s feeding section. The intensive, powerful air cooling as well as the use of quartz screening grids minimize the heating of the printing material.

Refrigerating machine for active cooling with evaporator, filter drawer and seeping trough, control cabinet with error display, infinitely variable temperature display, filled with CFC-free cooling agent. Cooling power is 7 kW.
