ESC-UV-Bridge Module

The ideal addition to the ESC-Perfecton 'S' Dryer!

The compact ESC-UV-Bridge Module with one or two lamps has been conceived for the subsequent integration into existing conventional dryer configurations. Intensive air cooling and the use of quartz screening grids minimize heating of the printing substrate. If the flatness of the material is not sufficient, an additional vacuum device must be installed below the radiation unit. As standard, the ESC-UV-bridge module is manufactured in working widths from 500 mm to 1600 mm with 1 or 2 UV lamps. The lamp output is 80 - 120 W/cm.

  • the UV lamps imitate the wavelength range 200 - 400 nm
  • solid aluminum reflectors with cooling fins
  • control panel with control inputs and output for transport standstill
  • complete extraction of the odor caused by the UV curing of UV inks
  • very simple lamp replacement
  • important: If there is no vacuum suction in the feeding and exit sections of the exisiting dryer, an additional underfloor vacuum suction will have to be installed to assure flatness of the material
  • CE conformity and operating instructions in German
