ESC-UV-PLUG-IN MODULE

In combination with the ESC-PERFECTON S high-performance continuous-flow dryer, the UV-plug in module with a length of 500 mm is preferably integrated between hot and cooling zone.
The module can also be retrofitted to an existing plant. The standard version is equipped with UV lamps in the wavelength range of 200 - 400 nm, power 120 W/cm.


Standard features:

  • very simple lamp exchange by easily replaceable inner reflectors
  • focussing special aluminium reflectors
  • intensive air cooling and the use of quartz screening grids minimise heating of the printing substrate
  • vacuum system installed beneath the conveyor belt to assure optimum sheet guidance
  • constant vacuum, even during conventional drying
  • resulting ozone is continously being sucked off
  • all control, switching and monitoring devices are housed in a separate, mobile control cabinet
  • all lamps are equipped with power switching for individual setting of full load, half load and pause switching
  • digital speed display with standstill monitoring of the conveyor belt
