ESC-UV-DRYER SPECIAL
The modern ESC-UV-Dryer SPECIAL with integrated, intensive active air cooling section was developed to meet all requirements in UV screen printing.
Quick, gentle and environmentally friendly UV curing on all commercially available materials such as paper, cardboard, foils, plastic, glass, wood, etc. The dryer is manufactured in standard working widths from 600 to 1500 mm and is available with 1 or 2 UV lamps. The standard lamp output is 100 - 120 W/cm and can also be designed with 80 W/cm on customer request.

- UV lamps are emitting in a radiation range of 200 - 400 Nm and thus entirely cover the complete UV range A, B and C
- vacuum system installed beneath the transport belt to assure optimum sheet guidance
- conveyance speed infinitely variable up to 35 m/min including digital display and belt control system
- odours caused during the hardening process of the UV inks are entirely sucked off
- integrated and comfortable switch panel with all kinds of functions for operations and settings
- infinitely adjustable lamp capacity from 30 % to 100 % and stabilisation
- in accordance with current CE standards - supplied with operation manual
