OVERVIEW ROLL-TO-ROLL SCREEN PRINTING MACHINES
Sakurai's roll-to-roll cylinder screen printing machines combine high printing capacity with precise printing results, achieving previously unattainable ink film thicknesses of up to 25 μm when applying functional layers. Applications include multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), flexible printed circuits (FPC), biometric sensors such as blood glucose sensor chips, membrane switches and transfer printing.

Fully automatic roll-to-roll cylinder screen printing line for printing functional layers. This line achieves a previously unattainable ink layer thickness of 25 μm in automatic mode! Via the alignment function of the CCD camera, it is possible to precisely apply conductive paste or functional ink in different areas.
