ESC PPH SCREEN DEVELOPING UNIT
The screen developing unit is the ideal equipment for the preparation, development and reclaiming of screen printing stencils.
The material is resistant to all chemicals used in screen production.
Give us the desired max. outer screen frame size and we will build the appropriate screen development plant for you individually.
Standard features:
- made of polypropylene which is resistant to any kind of solvent or chemical agent
- pressure hand shower with compression-proof tube for ½“ connection
- resistant to hot water up to 90°C
- available in sizes of up to 5000 mm width
- connical bottom for quick discharge upon request
- model series 755 – without translucent back wall
- model series 760 - equipped with translucent back wall
Optional extras:
- Aqua-Jet high-pressure gun for easy and efficient removal of emulsion and coatings from stencils including jet pump, without wheels, operating with a water pressure of approx. 6 bar
- Seri-Vac is conceived to suck off excessive water from the fabric after having degreased the stencil. This leads to shortened drying times
- connical bottom for quick discharge
- steel base with all-plastic doors and linings made of PVC, fitted shelf made of PPH
- with catch basin for connection to an ESC-AWA waste water treatment plant
