TC Combi-Eco
Fully automatic inline system for the pre- and post-treatment of screen printing stencils with double function in one module - designed both for screen cleaning and decoating as well as for screen development
Technical design and advantages of the TC Combi-Eco:
- compact and robust design in stainless steel - type 304 and 316
- simple insertion of the screen onto the belt, after which it is automatically cleaned and dried completely
- also suitable for the removal of ghost images, emulsions, water-soluble ink and for degreasing
- chemicals must be applied manually
- throughput direction from right to left
- fully automatic high-pressure washing for cleaning the screens of water-soluble ink
- fully automatic screen exposure (optional) and screen development
- even finer meshes can be developed without specialised personnel
- labour saving, as no water rinsing is required in pre- and post-processing
- special brush system for effective colour removal
- special, double nozzle system (1 front + 1 rear nozzle) for a more intensive cleaning effect
- pre-wash water rinsing on both sides and 4 nozzles for a very high, consistent development quality
- manual switching from one function to the other by turning 2 valves
- variable high-pressure setting up to 150 bar with up to 15 litres/min water consumption
- variable speed adjustment of the transport chain from 200 - 600 mm/minute
- rubber flaps for drying (approx. 75%) at the end of the belt
- the inside of the tank can be easily cleaned from 2 sides
- safe working conditions
- easy to operate and maintain
- easy installation by the customer with plug & play
- cost-effective machine with a fast ROI of 1 - 5 years
- CE conformity
Optional equipment:
- Manual screen washing cabin for washing out solvent-based ink, designed for a max. screen frame format of 900 x 1200 mm
- Master frame for screens that are too light or too small
- UV-LED exposure unit: The UV LED box offers ultra-fast exposure of the screen. The powerful and reliable UV LEDs are arranged on a complete panel array and ensure a targeted and even distribution of the UV light on the screen. The LEDs have been selected to provide the ideal wavelength for all types of emulsions. With the optional docking kit, the UV LED box can be connected to the Combi-Eco.
Notes:
- The water pressure at the customer's water supply must be lower than the pressure of the high-pressure pump.
- For the best development results, we recommend not to expose the machine to UV light.
- For the best continuous water rinsing, it is important to have a 15l/min water tap behind the machine and a separate water connection for the pre-wash water rinse.
- Regular (preventive) maintenance and replacement of the nozzles ensures the best development results.
